To ensure that guests enjoy your cocktail party, select 50% cold canapes and 50% hot canapes. Below is a guideline of suggested items per guest.
For Cocktail parties over meal periods we suggest that you increase the number of items by an extra 2 per person
Fork foods can only be served in combination with canapes
The staff at The Homestead Cafe aim to provide you and your guests with a function that will be a great success.
Tentative Bookings, will be held for 14 days after which the space will be made available for other bookings.
Confirmation of Bookings, must be in writing, with a minimum deposit of 10% (see form attached)
Payment, Deposit for the Venue hire to paid at the time of booking, followed by 85% of the total fee paid within 2 weeks prior to the function with the balance to be paid on the day.
Confirmation of Guest Numbers, must be provided 7 days before the event. This is the minimum number of guests that will be catered and charged for.
Cancellation of a Confirmed Function, must be made in writing at least one month prior to your function. The booking fee deposit is non refundable. In the case of functions over 45 persons , if The Homestead Cafe receives less than 1 months notice.
